It is a sad time for those who love the environment because what could have been a good bill, got high jacked by special interest groups and the Federal Govt. by including unconstitutional powers upon the people.

I am a Libertarian and do not like this power grab by the Federal Government. I believe that there are many simple things that states could do like banning plastic bags in stores and Federal tax credits to have people use foam insulation in their homes to save in fuel costs. Those two things alone would help clean up the earth. Unfortunately it looks like we won’t get an energy bill to pass unless they can find a way to become wealthy or powerful on simple things like this. The only way a bill can pass is if someone gets power or wealthy. This is so sad

If States don’t step up to the plate, the Federal Government will and not in the way that you think.

Would you do anything to force Americans to be “green”? Even give up your constitutional rights?

Don’t belive the lies coming from the federal Government and special interest groups. There are ways of becoming a more green nation without crapping on the Constitution of the United States of America.
